Installation & Coding Quick-Guide

1. Extract the Metal Core: Insert a specialized 12V socket removal tool (or two small right-angle pick tools) into the interior locking tabs inside the metal cigarette lighter sleeve. Press the tabs inward and pull the metal socket straight up and out of the console.
2. Disconnect the Harness: Unplug the factory wiring harness from the bottom of the metal 12V socket core once it is free.
3. Swap the Surround Ring: Slide the old, unlit black plastic factory collar off the metal socket. Slide your new LED-illuminated translucent ring right back over the existing 12V metal socket until it clicks into place.
